【wordpress】固定ページでビジュアルエディタ使用禁止にする設定

固定ページは表示崩れを防ぐためにもビジュアルエディタを使うことがほぼないので、はじめから使えないようにfunctions.phpに記述しておく。
忘れないようにメモメモ。
